We ship in-stock jewelry within 72 business hours. Delivery times via Correo may vary from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination and the time of year.

In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you promptly to offer a similar product of equivalent value. If this proposal doesn't suit you, we will proceed with a refund.

If there is a delivery delay attributable to the carrier, our responsibility cannot be held.

​

In cases where the delivery delay is attributable to the customer, for instance, if the customer is not available to receive the delivery, our responsibility cannot be held.

 

In such cases where the package is returned to us by the carrier, the re-shipment will be at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination. They are automatically calculated at the time of order and included in the amount to be paid.All our prices are exclusive of customs fees.

 

Since each country has different customs regulations, the customer agrees to pay any customs fees upon receipt of the package if applicable.

Freight rate within European Union,including Switzerland, U.K. and Norway :

5 to 15 working days. 15 euros

Freight rate all other Asian countries : 

5 to 15 working days. 9 euros

The order has to be pre-paid and can be settled by credit card or Paypal.
